Refund policy
At Riverstone Direct Sales, we want to ensure you find the perfect match in our products. If you have any hesitations or questions prior to placing your order, please reach out to our customer support team for guidance. It’s important to note that it’s your responsibility to confirm that your purchase complies with all applicable local regulations and building codes before placing your order.
Your satisfaction is paramount to us. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, please inform us promptly by contacting our support team. We are here to help facilitate an exchange, replacement, or a refund within 30 days of your purchase. Please note the following conditions for returns:
- You will need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending back any items.
- Returned items must be in their original packaging.
- All returns are subject to a review and may incur up to a 25% restocking fee.
- Unless the item arrived defective, you will be responsible for the costs of returning the item.
For returns, please email support@rsids.com with your order details and the specific items you wish to return.
Please be aware that some of our products are made-to-order and as such, are non-returnable and non-refundable. These items will be clearly marked with "NO RETURNS ONCE ORDERED" on the product page.
Order Cancellation or Modification
Should you need to cancel or modify your order after placement, contact us immediately. While we strive to accommodate such requests, it may not always be possible to halt processing. In cases where cancellation isn't feasible:
- You may be liable for shipping both ways, restocking, and/or handling fees, including those for promotional shipping.
- If an order has been shipped and is either refused upon delivery, returned after three failed delivery attempts, or you cancel it while it is in transit, a 25% restocking fee along with the costs for two-way shipping will be deducted from your refund.
